I graduated with a degree in human kinetics and now I work as a teller at a bank. I want to pursue a career in analytics... is there anyone with information on how I can make this happen? I am already looking into studying SQL and python.

You can join orgs and groups concerned about analytics. You can start it with LinkedIn if you already have an account. You can find groups that can help you with that specific career.

You can't go wrong learning and applying Python. That language demand is growing, so you will be receiving multiple offers anytime soon! Best of lucks

Thank you!

Learning SQL and Python puts you on the right track. While your work experience is somewhat adjacent, you could really probably just look up the current fastest educational tracks to becoming a data analyst and taking one. Be sure to foster connections along the way and build a network so you'll have more luck finding referrals when you're done.

I agree with the Python suggestion. You can also reach out to recruiters personally to increase your chances. It's really important to widen your network.

Any advice for healthier eating, or eating in general, when dealing with a particularly stressful time? I struggle with inflammatory stomach issues as it is, and the stress has been piling up and making it much worse lately - I’m either nauseous or have no appetite (or both). Decided to take the time to make one of my favourite (healthy and vegetarian) meals tonight and it was just not appealing at all 🥲 I don’t think I’ve had a proper meal in a week and I feel terrible.
