Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.

Don’t wear jackets when sitting
Yeah, that's my issue. I like the professionalism of the jacket on but it's going to be a costly replacement summer.
Are you sleeping on your elbows? I’ve had jackets for years that don’t show any wear
you could try the ol’ elbow patch if the style allows. like a tan courdoroy patch on a lighter blue or taupe jacket might work.
next time don’t get anything softer than super 120s. 130s and up is just begging for trouble.
The 3 that have went are bespoke and definitely softer than I should have gotten.
I’ve worn suits for decades and never encountered this problem. Probably because I rarely put my elbows on a desk/table. Is the problem with your suit or your seat?
Seats vary based on clients
Also if you are talking true bespoke (like 4K+) they should not blow out in a year. Go back to your tailor and they should be able to help you mend
I have cheap suits and expensive suits and have never had elbows blow out period.
My assumption would be that you sit/work with your jacket on, or are doing something else that requires your elbows to come in contact with a desk/hard surface. Like the others have mentioned, I would start by taking the jacket off while sitting
It’s curious though that you’ve worn out 8 jackets in a year at the same rate. I have jackets with fabrics ranging from 120s to 150s and haven’t encountered this problem
When I ran a business unit supplying care labels to the garment industry, we had to meet customer specifications for durability for brands like Levi’s, Nike, Adidas, and PVH (the corporation that owns Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heisenberg, etc brands.) The specs ranged from 30-50 cycles through a consumer washing machine, which is a good proxy for expected life of a dress shirt.
Tailored clothing that’s dry cleaned vs laundered was a small part of the business, so I don’t recall the spec, but 100 cleaning cycles doesn’t seem unreasonable. The best way to extend the life of a suit is to minimize dry cleaning, which is much more stressful to the garment than everyday wearing. Here’s a good article with tips for making suits last longer, but if you’ve gotten over 200 wearings from an off-the rack suit, your already in the elite ranks of durability https://tailorcooperative.com/2016/05/22/how-to-care-for-a-suit-5-ways-to-make-your-suit-last-a-lifetime/
