But firm x, didn't ask anything and they did release properly and took 3months as per their norms, as i had did resignation thorough portal.
I am not showing that experience to anyone while applying for new job,

If they are irritating you before you get hired. It may not be the best fit for you.
How do I start the negotiations?
That’s one thing I’ve never had to do because I grew up within same network of companies with always high salaries and bonuses 😂 and i really don’t know how to start without screwing it up totally. (I always prefer to keep connections )
I don’t have any advice but this is exactly why I feel companies need to disclose at least a ballpark range of what they can do in terms of salary. I know as candidates we can mention our expectations but there’s a stigma associated with that. I’m so sorry, I hope this works out and that your time wasn’t wasted.
Yeah it’s been 2-3 weeks already!!!
I’ve left pending 2 other opportunities because this I liked more and suited me more.
They asked me about my expectations and I said it. And he was : Oh that’s gonna be okay.
Now I think because the job itself is in a country where is “cheaper” than the place of head offices they offered the salary based on the country not on the position or the person(me in this case).

How much less is the offer than what you expected? Can you get more PTO, better benefits, shorter work week?
🙏🏻😅
I wouldn’t worry about the repost- I’ve had that happen before and sometimes that’s just automated and they hadn’t taken down the posting yet because you haven’t accepted the offer
😱
Are you still interested in taking the opportunity?
Ok, so open the discussion with them and show your interest but concern with the salary. Would you be interested in negotiating PTO or some other “perk” if they’re unable to increase?
Ask yourself:
1. Do you need this job change?
2. Are you someone who can do a job you love with a bad culture? It usually doesn’t change so trust your gut.
3. Would you still be excited and ready to do your best work every day for the number they have posed?
Also who are you speaking to? HR or are you in touch with anyone from the team which you would be supporting? I know HR at our company is a poor representation of my teams behavior and is usually very rigid but once you have performed and are in, they aren’t in charge.
Also not sure if this is true, but HR could be based on their own performance ie job acceptances within the salary range, so I wouldn’t take it personally.
