I had 2 out of the 4 final round interviews today and I think they went well. However, I don’t have the emails of the interviewers to send out a thank you note? How can I go about asking for this? Or should I just not do it? I want to make a good impression

Had a final round interview with a CD earlier this week. At the end of it, they told me that the recruiter would follow up later this week, and the recruiter said the same thing after replying to my thank you note. After radio silence today, should I chalk it up to the team needing more time after a weird work week or assume they moved forward with another candidate?

I've got seven years' exeperience in executive search (based in APAC for a global firm), but am looking to leave the industry. Open to options but I think moving into an internal talent role would make sense - however, I haven't had much luck when applying for internal TA roles in the past.
