JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.
Hi Fishes, Me being an introvert,finding it extremely difficult to perform in interviews.Sometimes I feel it's an automatic barrier to have a successful interview.I find it hard to engage in conversation with new people due to lack of confidence.Because I always prefer writing/texting over talking.Sometimes I don't even pick up the phone calls for interviews.I have received more than 100 interview invitations and have not attended one due to performance anxiety and fear.How do I get a job now😕?
Anyone got recruited for Pune location recently? My interview process has been completed and asked for documents on 23rd Dec, but till now I haven’t got any update after that. Hi everyone. I’m currently interviewing with Fastly inc for a Senior+ Software Engineer on their Compute@Edge team. Are there any Fastlyans around who would be willing to give an honest account of what they think of Fastly, and if possible that particular org? Two big questions I have are: What’s the real outlook for Fastly given CEO change, stock price, what are chances of layoffs?, etc; The other concern of mine specific to the role/org, is it an on-call hell where you’re constantly paged?

I’m not gonna lie, I get kinda irritated if I spent the time to read the thank you note and it’s some generic shit off of a google search. I have 1400 unread emails currently, like most other hiring managers, so if you’re gonna send it, make sure it’s personalized and good, else don’t bother. I’ll just be pissed off. Just my 2 cents.
