Have a 4 round loop interview for Sr. Product Manager at Amazon coming up through the MBA pathways program soon.
If I land it the trajectory of my life and that of my family changes but I'm starting to feel the pressure. I haven't had a lot of traction for job searching since I graduated in December so this is the best lead I have and I'm getting scared now.

After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.

Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?
AITA? I’ve had 11 1-star rides with Uber…

Tbh I made mistakes in every case interview that I thought would ruin my chances & ended up getting the offer.
I think they’re more interested in seeing how you pull yourself up from the mistake & how you handled the case holistically
In my Bain interview I got so tunnel-visioned into my mistake I had to drop it and ask my interviewer “I’m not too sure how to proceed with this, I solved it this way for X reasons, what do you think?” And she explained it for me then I went from there. If you caught your own mistake you’re ahead of where I was

It’s tough during pressure situations to fire on all cylinders. I think most interviewers know that and will cut a bit of slack for mental math. As long as you feel good about the logical process you took in the case you should be fine
Yes! They care about how you structure your thinking. Getting the actual number right is less important.
