I had a final round on Friday and I’ve seen a lot of examples of people getting calls immediately after with offers. I was told that they’ll call me on Monday morning, but is this more likely to be a rejection, or am I just in my own head?

I directly said that I can't since I have my family here to client.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?

I've had some rocky relationships with PMs.
As a PM, what would you like an engineer to ask you?
As an engineer, what would you ask a PM to understand how the work with engineers, what they prioritize, if they throw engineers under the bus, etc?

I have an approved I140 for audit position and I transferred from audit to advisory within the firm. Now my PD just became current. the firm attorney think I am still able to submit 485 application due to similar job duties and same OES code. I noticed the SOC code did change between my two H1b filings. I asked the attorney but they don’t think it matters as similar job duties and SOC codes are linked. Should I worry about it? I still work in the same entity and location, but title was changed.

Which offices should I consider to build quick NW/pay off debt, build strong network in tech in/outside the firm, provide QOL similar to my unconstrained choices (LA or NYC)?

a bit of an open-ended question, but what are the general predictors of on-the-job success at MBB? (both tangible things like test scores, case interview performance, and intangible things like character, drive etc.)
