I had a zoom first interview on Wednesday. I feel like it went well, but having not interviewed in 5 years I was a bit rusty in some of my answers. He mentioned he had a couple more interviews to the middle of next week and they would circle back. I sent a thank you email to both the recruiter and the interviewer but did not hear back. Thoughts on that? I’ve usually gotten a response.

I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.)
