Any tips on email subject line to recruiters??
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Hi folks, I was reached out to by a Fidelity Investments recruiter about their LEAP program. I'm interested but want to know people's experience and how it went/the interview process. Like maybe what questions they asked during the recruiter call and interviews etcetc. It seems like a good thing for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of experience.

I chose the wrong profession.
To me, silence is an answer. I do not think I’d reach out again. Let the recruiter come to you.
Thanks. Thats the way I am leaning.

I’m still waiting on a response from an interview in fall 2019. 😉 For some firms, silence is an answer, unfortunately. The ones that want you get back to you within a couple weeks.

Also, I just realized where this was posted... think you meant to put it in another law bowl.
You should follow up every day until you get an answer. Only way to be sure…
I dealt with this a bunch. Here’s the email I would send to the recruiting person:
Hi Recruiting Person,
I have not heard back from you all and am reaching out to see if I am still under consideration for this position. As you know, the job search process can be quite time consuming. I have been in contact with several other firms, and I wanted to know whether I should mark Your Firm off my list. Thanks for your help—it has been a pleasure meeting everyone I have met this far.
All the best,
Name Namerson
Yea... my fish bowl was messing up and I accidently posted here and have no idea how to remove posts.
Sometimes firms collect resumes in case future openings occur.
You could also ask the recruiter if they have any opportunities you could be considered for so you stay on their radar
I don't get it?
