I’m in a predicament. At my organization, pay-for-performance salary increases are based entirely off of a person’s annual review. The problem is that I report to the CEO and he never (and I mean NEVER) does annual reviews. This was not disclosed during the interview process. What should I do? Unlike US schools, the Canadian business schools do release the grades to the companies. How strict are MBBs on filtering out the candidates on the basis of grades?

Do you look desperate if you apply to several jobs within the same company? I was recently rejected for a job I REALLY wanted at a well known tech company. And after interviewing there and studying up on the company, I just really want to work there. The positions I'm applying for are definitely still within my wheelhouse. But will I just look too desperate to their in-house talent team to be considered?

I’m perusing a TPM role (faang/fortune50) and getting through SD and PM interviews just fine.
I’ve prepared at least 50 retrospective star stories but without fail, the interviewer always throws a curve ball. As an introvert, I am introspective in my problem solving and struggle to quickly adapt my prepared stories when the interviewer is being intentionally ambiguous.

Is it’s okay to start interviewing with company’s even though you don’t plan on leaving your job for another year or so?

I've applied and networked for my dream job and didn't get an interview this time. Also dissatisfied with compensation and some of the responsibilities at my current job but have a lot of opportunity to learn. So the question is do I stay where I'm not thrilled to be now because it's good experience to set me up for the dream job next time there's an opening, or do I leave now to an option that's better pay and more interesting but farther off the path towards my long term goal?
