So, I’m relatively flexible and I say that I’m totally fine rescheduling and he says he’d rather just do the interview. He didn’t have his camera on, he’s in the car driving and talking to me. At the end he gives me his objections and I counter them and then he gives me “an assignment”. To write him an email marketing the company. These are all red flags right?

Recently cleared all 3 rounds of interview for IQVIA Patient Analytics team.
But HR told me that IQVIA at Max matched my current offer otherwise he can't able to release offer letter.
I agreed & told him at least provide me joining bonus but after that HR ghosted me & till now not released my offer letter.

I have 2 yoe in .net have 4.8 ctc.
Recently gave interview for TCS, after some days one of the recruiters from tcs called me and said that since i had done only BSC-IT they will deduct 6 mnth of expirence out of the total experience so finally i will left with 1.5 yoe, so for that they were offering 5.5 lpa since.

Is ther any rule one who has odne BSC they will not consider 6 mnth experince, thats the reason they have given to me.

Had a recruiter from a popular unicorn company reach back out after I interviewed with them earlier this year for a different team. BDR not involved in internal discussions ? I'm currently at a small start up with an almost none existant sales team. The current 'team' is mostly made up of the ceo and another manager that are significantly older than me (I'm 25 and just finishing my BA). So far I have managed to bring in significant deals to the company by leading lead generation and prospecting campaigns. However I am left out of internal discussions, product updates and feel as if the ceo is unaware of my contributions

I just took a new job and the OTE is less than agreed to after going through the comp plan. Also the recruiter told me 50% of people were hitting their quota and no one was less than 70% last year. However I found out the last 6 months everyone is less than 10%. I know get that recruiters can mislead with performance metrics but giving the wrong OTE seems super unethical to me. Has anyone had this happen?
