I had an offer and monday is the joining date. The company started onboarding process. But today I got another offer which is +2 lpa and on my home town. I am confused, will I be able to negotiate with the first company now?

I’ve been working for this company for 4 years. The raises I got were a few cents on the dollar per year. Over the years I have coworkers put their letter of resignation, and they get offered huge advances to stay. I was looking to do the same but very nervous. Does anyone have any suggestions?

hi fishes, I have joined Iti as a lateral.
After joining they have asked me to collect laptop from office. When i went, the laptop was not in a great condition and was refurbished. I am guessing it was used almost 3 to 4 years before me.

I asked them for a new laptop and they said they dont have new laptop in stock, i even checked with my manager she said she is also using refurbished laptop so no problem.
