I had attended tcs interview on Aug 18 and last week ly got call from HR .she discussed about salary and other things and said she hv to get approval also I will be getting call from bgv team.
But till now I didn't received any call from hr . I tried to call her but she didn't picked up my call .
Usually tcs process is this slow or they ghosted?

My sales lead just gave me my quota for the year. Its increased 120% from last year. I asked if my peers experienced the same increase and the answer is No because I have more experience and up for promo this year. Our bonuses are a % of quota achieved meaning it’s harder for me to get a bonus. Do you think this is fair? What would you do? Hello Everyone! It has been three months since we moved after 20+ years in New York City suburbs. We probably bought our home at the peak. However, we are so glad we did it. Austin is a fantastic place and has so much to offer. People are so friendly and interesting. Lot of things to see. We live in Steiner and you can’t really can’t go wrong with bee cave, west lake, Leander or any of these suburbs. I highly recommend a home with a view and going into the city.
