Seems like a medley of red flags. Their loss. Better to apply to other places that are more communicative and respectful of your valuable time.
Conversation seriously because I was also interviewing and actually about to accept an offer from another company. I received a call later that day from the recruiting coordinator but missed the call. He also emailed me and wanted to schedule an interview later that day. I was feeling a bit confident and bit puzzled by the rush. I quickly responded via email rather than returning his call and just let him know I was only available two day later (Thursday) or the following week on a Thursday as well. I also asked that he sent me a copy of the job description because I was a bit confused. All while not really taking them seriously and being distracted by the offer I was getting ready to accept with another company. Anyway, he sends an email confirmation with an interview the next day, cc’ed his colleague whom I had spoken to and another colleague. The email though, went on to explain how to log into, who I was interviewing with, time, etc… and direction about logging in 10 minutes before and dressing appropriately (which I kind of took offense to), but doesn’t share the job I was interviewing for. I responded to all asking the job description and just reiterating that I was confused and ended the email asking if he understood. No response. The next day the recruiter who initially called me sends me a link and asked that I call her to discuss more about the role. I really didn’t want to seem needy so I just responded that the link was fine and I was all set to go for the interview. Later that day a third recruiter in the email sends a message apologizing and asking if I can reschedule for Monday or Tuesday of the following week and didn’t include the initial recruiter on the email (i would like to add that her position was superior to theirs and she was in another state, while they were more local). I responded to the email that I had already mentioned that apart from that Thursday, my next availability would be the following Thursday. A few hours later I heard back that they are no longer interviewing for the role and need to cancel my interview. Does anyone find this odd? Is this normal? I have been so upset about it, especially since the other job that had my attention didn’t work out and here I am months later beating myself up and mad at the world over the entire situation. It just doesn’t seem fair to expect me to be available on their beck and call after so many resume submissions. I feel like they would have bailed on me anyway if I would have interviewed

I had a similar situation, except I had not applied multiple times, but they called months later and 2 hours before the interview she emailed asking if we could move it. I had already explained to her I was on vacation and could only do Zoom at certain times, but I could do a call. She said she'd find a better time and follow-up on Monday. I never heard from her so I reached out and she told me they just went with another candidate. I don't like how they just pass you over because you can't drop everything when they want, but that's an indication of the work environment and not one I'm looking for so probably count yourself lucky.
That’s a really good thing you experienced this BEFORE joining the company. Imagine what they would be like if an offer was extending. They would want that job to consume you. You will find something much better and you will have a better understanding why this job didn’t work out for you!
