I had interviewed for the IBM Lead Azure Architect position with GBS and it went well.
Any idea what the salary range is for this role.
I am based out of Nevada.
Recruiter initial mention 220-230k.. appreciate any input if there is room for negotiation. I have 12 yoe with azure certified expert and aws professional and 5 years hands on cloud expertise.

Any suggestions wrt to Axtria? The compensation, work culture etc? Looking for career switch into consulting from ML/AI. While trying to find interview opportunities with MBB for Consultant, a friend suggested senior roles in Axtria.

When is it a good time to start looking for a new job? This is still my first career job out of college. I have been here for 3 years now.
