I have worked in BPS for around 8.5 years and have excellent command over Excel, I have been moved to IT project and have 3 years experience in it as functional consultant/Quality Analyst/SME/Business Analyst.
Now I want to switch because I feel I am under paid, so is it the right time to explore new opportunities or I should still stay with current organization for some more time.
Cu on Monday.

being outside on walks helped me with nausea some days. I was never much of a runner but if you’re still up for it, there are benefits to staying fit and active during pregnancy
Listen to your body. If walking feels better to you walk. Being outside and active will be best, but if running starts to hurt your joints know that walking still has tons of benefits!!!
Yes keep running!
Yes! So much harder to have to get BACK into it. And my Dr reminded me that you could push and labor for hours and can he super tiring, exercise can help prepare for the constant movement and uncomfortability. Congrats!!!!

Went through IVF, pregnant with twins, all three of my doctors said it's absolutely fine to continue running, (Reproductive Endocrinologist, OB, PCP). Essentially if it's an activity you've done before, you can continue, with moderation and common sense of course. Listen to your body!
I kept running until it felt uncomfortable, for me that was about 25 weeks. Now I jog here and there, but mostly walk on an incline

My sister ran right up until the week she gave birth. Listen to your body when it tells you to slow down or take a rest walk but otherwise you're good to go! She genuinely feels like because she kept up with her exercise, her delivery was easier and healing was faster than some of her peers.
I love running and did a 10K a few days before we found out but lately I just don’t have the energy (~7 weeks now). Hopefully I can get back into it but may opt for cycling and walking instead.
Thanks all! This is helpful. I’ve had two miscarriages already so I’m just terrified to move out of fear I’ll screw something up, but I gained so much weight in the first tri of my last pregnancy (fear of loss, which I did anyway around 15 weeks) and I can’t afford to gain more - I’m already miserable carrying so much excess weight and having to continue to buy new clothing so I’ll have things that fit. Inspired to try to keep up running this time around!
