Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

Idk i’d be pretty happy with a 5% raise for a “at expectations” level, however, never hurts to ask for more! If she says no, ask for a specific list of things to do in order to get more in future reviews.
My point in mentioning that is… In my opinion, I didn’t “meet expectations”. My boss has given me feedback all throughout the year and has only positive feedback, so I was shocked to receive “at expectations” across the board. I handled everything that was thrown at me without complaint, and achieved great success with my team, despite the crazy set of circumstances I and the rest of the company have been in. And with inflation already at 7.5% and rising, 5% is essentially a pay cut.
A few notes:
1) Don’t confuse revenue with profit. Often, when revenue increases, so does overhead. So the agency may not have seen an increase in profit.
2) Unless you are one of the people bringing in revenue and profit, then you are probably in the bucket of employees who “meet expectations”.
3) Our agency had a fantastic year in 2021, and our best people got about 5% in increases. One or two got more.
You wrote a very strong argument for a salary adjustment. To me, that’s significantly different than a raise. If your company did that well and still pays you so little, they should correct the situation right away. If not, you should find an employer that values you. My guess is you’re worth at least $100k, regardless of geography. Where do you live?
I’ve been at the company for a year (to the day). I relocated halfway across the country. 2 months after I moved my AOR was changed to an area with 2x the workload.
