Hi! I'm currently in a dilemma. I recently got an offer from a company that wants me to give a final answer by Friday AM but I am simultaneously interviewing with KPMG and in the final round waiting for my call with the partner. KPMG is my top choice, but if I don't get hired by KPMG, I don't want to lose this offer. Have any of you accepted an offer and then got an offer from another company that you wanted to work at and left the job that you just started? What other advice do you guys have?

Im a recent grad on a tech implementation project for a small firm. I’m finding it challenging because I’m expected to know how to solution a user problem based on the system that I really don’t know all the ins and outs of. I enjoy the req gathering/PMO activities, but thinking of data mapping and integrations is such a new way of thinking than a typical strategy-based case study. Do strategy ppl find these tech implementation difficult?

Hi Ppl - I was feeling really disheartened and bad about something so thought will ask this group how you cope with it. Currently a few weeks left on parental leave and have had a potential opportunity come up with a smaller firm that I think makes more sense for my career goals. The question I have is: assuming I get an offer and the details work out, how do I navigate leaving? Should I provide notice right away? Go back to my current firm for a couple weeks and then give notice? I certainly don’t want to burn bridges. How would you feel on the other side?
