It’s hard to say without knowing the situation or severity but if you’re asking an anonymous online forum then it’s probably time to live alone
You haven’t really lived in NYC until you’ve had a crazy roommate. I’ve had to share apartments with people who dealt drugs at the spot, wiped their feces with a bath towel, were violent drunks, stored 100 used takeout boxes in their rooms, threw parties until 5am every weekend, etc.
These guys were my friends from university, but we seem to have diverged in maturity lol
Sure why not? How can we possibly know your situation?
I'm sure it's the bad roommate capital of the US
What happened?
Omg leave! Not even a question!
After having a terrible first 2 roommates in college, I’ve always been wary of rooming with strangers 😔 Our jobs are too demanding for us to have to worry about stuff like this on the side.
Lease is ending pretty soon thankfully lol. Been a rough year
Took 7 yrs before you realized this ?
I’m facing this but at work lol
Oh, I thought it was the same roommate

You shouldn't really need a roommate. Just move to Forest Hills or Kew Gardens. You don't have to live in the City or Brooklyn.

Yes Forest Hills is perfectly safe and nice. Doesn’t matter if you’re Asian. You can literally live in any neighborhood in NYC if you’re Asian.
