I have an offer from Saama Technology of 21 LPA. I demanded 25L from eaton.

My current CTC was 9.21 LPA in Accenture, will eaton give me offer of 25 LPA? If yes in how many days?

Over the last 10 years, I may have applied to google about 9-10 times, interviewed twice unsuccessfully, just applied for a new role - and saw they track application history. Will this ban me or just disqualify me? This is why I didn’t apply for stretch roles for last two years and just applied for a very safe role today.

Need some advice/guidance. I’m currently with a F500 company, on a great team with decent benefits, A+ WLB, but my entire 8 yrs of recruiting has been retail/hourly roles, and recently have been wanting to expand my arsenal & get into tech/engineering. I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.

What does it mean when you ask the salary range for a position during the screening interview with the recruiter, and the recruiter tells you the target base salary is $115k? Does that mean if I am offered the job the offer will be for $115k base?

I have cleared CTS interview & received offer letter. In my first company, i was trainee and not eligible for pf & form 16

In bgv, if there is no pf & form 16, i need to submit HR confirmation mail.

I have contacted that company HR, he told that organisation has restrictions to send mail to outside, so he can't send mail confirmation, but he was ready to give any confirmation via call.

I mentioned the same in CTS bgv oneCognizant , but they are rejecting.

For how long do we think federal student loans will be paused? The expectation is through the end of the year but that seems arbitrary. Tavant: 14.5 lpa(14 + 0.5 )
Amadeus: 16.5 lpa ( 15+1.5)
Coforge: 18.5 lpa( 17+1.5)

I'm not really interested 1st 2 options as the difference in ctc is big
