I had my managerial round on 3rd December in PwC. The HR called me 2 days after that for a negotiation. Since that day the HR is saying will update soon and since the beginning of this month the HR is saying that my offer letter will be released by the last week of this January. Last week I had a call with the HR and she said that I will be receiving an update on 24-01 which was yesterday and obviously I didn't receive any. Can you guys help me out what is really going behind the scenes ?

How's it like working for PwC India as SAP Functional Senior Associate?
I have a 5.3y work ex with ACN, as a FSCM consultant (L10 currently, was assured of a L9 effective March, but declined due to growing poor culture within ACN).
Got an offer from PwC India
Current TC: 9.5 LPA.
PwC Offered TC: 19 LPA.
IBM Offered Fixed: 17 LPA
IBM would be a smooth drive, but skeptical to join PwC given the WLB issues, as a lot of folks say.

Verbally the HR has confirmed that it will be year 2 SM role but it is not mentioned in the mail neither they are confirming this on mail.

I have been working hard for a project since 8-9 months really hard giving KT to team preparing docs for documentation debugging testing things out did automation being a manual tester
Since i was divided into 2 projects another colleague who was also in the project was made the TEST lead
We were both doing equal but obviously a lead gets more limelight due to that my manager has awarded her with 25k as a reward
While i got only verbal recognition Now i am quite mad not sure what to do
