I had three interviews with one company and have not heard back. How do I approach this? I’ve sent a follow up email but they have not responded for a week. Is that normal?

What do 1 hr live case studies entail? That seems very long to just do one case study. Do those typically have lots of printed materials to analyze or intensive questions on the business?

My dream company has opened many positions in my field in various of their subsidiaries for the first time since I started my career. A month ago, I applied to all the available ones at that moment and I finally did my first interview. Now, I’m just waiting to get a call about a second interview. They keep posting new jobs I qualify for in different subsidiaries, should I continue to apply to increase my chances, or is that wrong bc I’m already started the interview process with one position?

I tried to ask for their budget because i didn’t have the full position details, but they didn’t provide and asked again the range I was hoping for. Interview went well, Total 7 ppl interviewed me. I accepted offer verbally. Then I got promoted and I shared that to recruiter and my current compensation and offer are same. EY GDS enterprise risk has rolled out three return to office surveys. I have said no to all of them. Some of the managers/SM are dying to make us come back to work so that they can do their policing.
I don't see a reason to come to office when I can do stuff from home. Anyhow I end up working till 12, can't spend more time on cabs.

In a multifamily home that i own and live in facing lot of trash problem with the street trash getting caught in the hedges/bushes. Fencing might solve the issue but is it worth spending 6-10m on this gives this is an investment property and this does not necessarily add any separate value per se? The trash stuck on my property does bother me and i do intend to live here atleast 1-2 years more. Thoughts?

Random, but valid/persistent thought.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?
