I hadn’t been planning to leave consulting, but ended up with an exciting tech offer and now I’m torn. Have been in consulting ~2 years, on the verge of being promoted to Manager level. Has anyone else chosen to leave earlier than planned? What made you decide to take the offer? Anyone who had an interesting offer but decided to stay?

SOS. How do I know if I’m being paid fairly? I feel as though I’ve grown out out the “coordinator” role, but my company insists that I “prove myself” and add more responsibilities to my plate to show I am capable before I am promoted. But I feel like I already am doing more than a coordinator title, and my job title is just wrong. Is that fair?

Hi Moms, just had baby #2 and we want to upgrade our family car from Toyota Rav4 to a 3-row luxury SUV that's nice looking inside and outside, reliable and has decent cargo space too. I have cleared tech rounds in ACN and got an email for HR round. Is HR round also an elimination round?

I applied few weeks ago to Moon Active’s QA bootcamp. Received a decline. I reapplied few weeks later while adding a personal note describing that I started taking few relevant Udemy courses. For my second application. And at the same time I messaged a link on LinkedIn and emailed a lead in HR department. But for my second time I didn’t receive any message. Was I marked by the company? Is it unacceptable to reapply for a job you’re dreaming about ? Is there anything to do now?

The hiring manager for the role I’m interviewing for was fired right after my final round. Recruiter emailed to tell me decisions would be pushed off another week because they need to fill the role before proceeding. What do you make of this?
