The most harmful example I came across was bias in ML for the criminal justice system.

is GPA an important part of undergraduate MBB recruitment. And would it be impossible to get in with a low GPA?

We always keep hearing about the bad WLB in MBB, especially BCG. Want to know if it's actually true, or is it an untrue rumor spread by people who couldn't get into these companies.

Good morning. Looking for advice on salary negotiation. I am an Admin Coordinator at major NYC hospital (19years) with 23 years of admin experience, but no degree. Coordinator level positions at my hospital are considered management, however I am planning to relocate to Ga and I’m finding the salaries for this same position or office manager are almost$10K-12K less than I currently make.
