It sounds like you are taking steps to make a change! Are you feeling good about the interviews you’ve had? The only advice I would have is to really try to find a job you think will be different and satisfying in ways your current job isn’t. If you are someone that tends to stays at jobs even when you don’t enjoy them (I can be like this too!), then finding a good fit rather than the first thing that comes around will be important! Good luck!

Was in similar shoes as you, but you just have to wait for your exit. It gets a lot better once you’re at the right place. What’s your base/bonus if you don’t mind sharing?

Manager, unless you absolutely love your job and see a clear vision of staying long term, you ought to start looking. 90k at Manager is kinda low, especially cranking out 60 hours/week

I have applied at McKinsey,LEK, Prophet brand strategy, Deloitte and a few others. Im open to any recommendations

P&L?

Profit and Loss statement. Not to sound totally mean but this is a basic business term so think of this as your sign to go brush up on your business 101. Every business has a P&L so anywhere you work, you should know what this means.

3.00 UG gpa (death of a parent, caretaker of the other), 3.95 master GPA both in engineering, 730 GMAT. Have killer ECs, decent WE but not gold. I'm applying to 10 of the T15 in R1, with Cornell as my safety. Should I add more schools that are lower ranked in or just see where I land after R1?
