I have 11 yoe and getting an offer from HP Enterprise in Bangalore with 30 LPA Fixed and Offer Letter mentions variable. Work is in Go, Scala and Apache Spark. While Synechron offers me 33 LPA but no bonus in Hyderabad, work is in Java, Spring boot and MongoDB. I am confused between these two.

My current location is Hyderabad. I worked in PBC for 7 years.

So, basically my choice is between location (convenience) and Money vs Brand and Better Work.

How are everyone's hours in your practices over the last month?

I'm in lit and finally got busy after a slow first half. Looks like I'll hit my bonus.

I have 3yoe as DevOps E. but it was a startup of my friend so I never got any offer letter or reliving letter and now that startup is sold as well. I work at Amazon now in same profile but I wanna switch to SDE in diff product based company. Transition to SDE role in Amazon will take around 1.5y and I dont want to build another 1.5yoe in DevOps profile. What should I put in my resume regarding experience?
