I have 13 months left on my H1 and transferring to a new employer. Can i use my approved i140 and get the visa for 3 years with new employer or i have to wait till like 6 months before visa expiry to file for extension? Please help.

i gotta an offer from AMEX for band 30 for the role of Infrastructure Engineer and I've a 3 years of experience. They've given me 13 LPA as base salary and 90,000 for variable as yearly bonus and 1 LPA for PF & Gratuity. So, total 14.9 LPA.
Is my offer is a reasonable one in AMEX or I should try more ?

What is your typical total time “working” vs. time billed? I think I must be doing something wrong, because I’m having 12 hour days but only billing 7-8 hours/day. I can’t block bill so I lose a lot of time switching between tasks and reading random emails and don’t want to put down a million .1s for reading emails, but still seems weird to be losing so much time. Hi all, my wife and I have our AOS pending (current) but have our EAD Parole card issued to us. Our stamped visa has now expired as well. I heard folks entering on EAD have to go through a secondary inspection process. Can someone elaborate what this is and the documentation I need to carry?
