I graduated college a little over a year ago and started working at a big four firm in salesforce consulting. I have 2 certs (admin and app builder) + vlocity/“salesforce industries” developer cert. I’ve been in both functional and technical projects over the last year, but don’t really love the implementation space. I had an offer from Bank of America Mumbai for 20 LPA fixed , but I also got an offer from Citi Pune (23.5 fixed). Out of courtesy I have informed BOFA that I won’t be able to join them since I got a better offer. HR from bofa is even ready to go above Citi and give 1 year WFH on exceptional basis , also ready to change my base location from Mumbai to Gurgaon since I’m North Indian . Next week is LWD . I’m inclined to Citi for Pune location and role offered is much more in line with my skillset.

1. I was on bench in My company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??
