Hi fishes, I have recently given Optum codility tests and completed both the questions with all test cases passed. Still they are saying i have not passed the interview. I am a bit confused as the solution was correct. Can anyone tell me what is the criteria here becuase this is the second time i have completed their test.

I'm going to interview with the agency, but should I tell either place about each other? I'm leaning toward waiting to do the interview and if I get the agency job, then I will back out of the offer I accepted. Worked as a paralegal during law school. Passed bar. Current job is offering a 92k salary in an area of law I do not like, like AT ALL. Applied to a small firm on a whim. Interviewed, LOVED the vibe, the managing partner & associate BUT its quite low 65k..I really could see myself in a place like that but sadly I have kids to support and with the current economy, cannot take a paycut. Feeling like the jobs I like are lower paying while the higher paying jobs are in areas I could care less for.

Has anyone seen good traction on the new-ish Google Discovery ads? My teams have had mixed results here so far, and the lack of placement transparency has been a challenge. Writing ads that can appeal to users on the Google Feed, Gmail, and YouTube seems to be the most difficult part, and different accounts (or even campaigns) have wildly different CTRs, likely indicating Google is preferring certain placements for each.

How important is IR? I was lucky enough to get a 730 (46 Q, 44 V) but scored a 5 on IR due to defective questions eating up time (escalated to GMAC by test center staff, pending resolution).
