I could send my resume or linked in if needed for review. Lol, I'm here at 8.5 with 3.5 YOE in backend + computer vision. Now I'm feeling underpaid!
I can't say underpaid or u are in top 20 percentage. But the industry is paying handsomely. If u can get a hike then go get it. What's the harm! If ur question is "can I get more?" , then I will say definitely, u can aim for more.
With 2.5 yoe in data science switched with two offers: Accenture offered 17 lpa base with 1.75 laks as joining bonus with 21 % variable. Previous CTC was 8 lpa. Second company offered 16.96 base lpa with at least 10 fixed bonus per year. So be a part of the great resignation. This won't always be the case. Dollar has gone from 45 to 75 in 11 years . Our tech companies get paid in dollars right by clients. But salary has Remained same for entry tech jobs. Go for it and for more and more. No harm . Make hay while the sum shines. And yeah choose a good company finally not just money. I joined the second company. Its MBB.
Not BCN I hope
Anywhere above 10L for 2.5 years is definitely not underpaid. You would be easily in top 10% of the people in your age segment.
Not underpaid imo
you are on the decent level, if out 13.6, you are getting fixed b/w 11 - 12.8 LPA. Second if you wanna switch, I would suggest, choose "Industry Domain" & then do research buddy. you will find your answers
