NTT data: 24 lpa lead consultant

In NTT data, project will be US HealthCare client and for Capgemini not sure as of now.

Many folks are suggesting me to join NTT Data, but I am confused due to the US based client, recession and layoffs news, I am considering joining Capgemini.

Advise on handling rates negotiations with BIPOC and non-male creators? I always want to accept first bid and get uncomfortable when my bosses push to undercut rates (especially now when money is tight), because there is a whole history of BIPOC and non-male people getting paid less. I’ve tried to push back but struggle to articulate this to them. (For the record, I’m POC female and my bosses are white males, and race/gender convos are already very difficult with them.)

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. Well, I was on an onboarding call and they were talking about staffing and projects. The presenter said to reach out to them if you don’t think your project is a good fit. I got 2 offers , one from Capegemini for Manager and CTC offered is 25.6 lakh, 2 lakh variable included and other is from Xavient Digital ( Telus International) for Team Lead which is offering 26 lakh ( all fixed).

Got an offer from Accenture & CTS. Both agreed to offer a CTC of 20 LPA, although Accenture is offering more joining bonus than CTS. I am not sure what my current employer (TCS) is thinking right now.
Can you guys please suggest what is the right thing to do? Should I try for better opportunity? Or try negotiating with TCS if they offer better?
