In NTT data, project will be US HealthCare client and for Capgemini not sure as of now.

Many folks are suggesting me to join NTT Data, but I am confused due to the US based client, recession and layoffs news, I am considering joining Capgemini.

Can some one from mindtree let me know can this variable is paid monthly 100% as said in offer letter?

Accenture has revised my initial offer as per my expectation. But considering multiple factors, I'm still not intent on joining them

Can i still refuse their offer? I understand that I'll be blacklisted from acn forever and can live with that tbh.

I am currently working in a Big 4, post my MBA. But deep down I feel this is not my job fit (though I am ok with this). I want to work for FIs such as RBI, SEBI or pursue my PhD in Strategy. But fat pay cheques that corporate professionals earn (in the top and middle management) is bringing my motivation down. Would I be missing out an opportunity to retire much early? How do I deal with this?
