Anybody work at Amazon? Are their offers negotiable? My husband got an offer for a senior position in the VA office paying $120k plus $20k bonus plus 13 shares of stock that vest over 4 years. My husband has ~6 years of experience (2 yrs midsize PA plus various industry roles) so the senior title is low but have heard you have to take a step down in title to work at Fortune 25 companies. He likes the offer but not sure if he should negotiate for more because it’s expected?
I heard the normal appraisal cycle in PwC ac is July to June and was advanced this year till March end Is this a change in appraisal cycle from April to march or the cycle remains the same? Which month promotion is applicable and which month bonus is credited as per new cycle ?
First year M&A associate. I never came into big law wanting /expecting to gun or make partner, and first year pretty much confirmed that. I'm more than happy to leave for in house in 4-6 years and live a much more chill life. Knowing this, what is the best way to max out the $'s? I'm thinking of considering auto-lateral at year 2/3 and again at 4/5 just for the signing bonus (I know things may change and maybe I wouldn't do it if I loved my firm or got an in house job), but is this viable?

Hi fishes - I’m with an MBB as a 2y Partner looking to move to B4, for a bunch of reasons. In active conversations with two of them. While compensation levels seem similar for now, the other posts on this bowl suggest we end up making more at B4 than MBB. (Referring to the 1.5M number of a y4 partner at b4). What is the real trajectory that people here have seen at B4? And how much of that is bonus - base - other components?

Need advice for resigning while on bench. I already have a start date with the new employer. Should I do a traditional two week notice or give <=1 week notice instead? My goal is to not burn bridges, but I also don’t want to get let go on the spot since I have nothing to “wrap up” besides HR tasks. I’ve read on here that sometimes they will let you go day of and pay you out for two weeks but I don’t see why any firm would do that for somebody not currently performing billable work...
Got asked today best way to gather our own (agency's) 1st party data. My first thought is develop our own pixel to capture user data (ip, email, device ID) and store that in a database, then use it later for targeting through a LiveRamp or similar. No idea if this is right or there's a better way or where I'd start my research. Anyone want to point me in some sort of direction?

I was interviewing with an agency last year - it didn’t work out because they needed someone more senior but was an overall really positive process on both sides - I still really admire the agency and the work and am ready to leave my current agency - is it pointless to reach back out?
