In PwC, we have 20sick leaves and 22 privileged leaves, total 42 per year but I haven't used one till now. I have to use 4days per month to use all. I'm working in one of the Big4.

How to ask managers so that they approve leaves because this is our right still they have problem and don't approve?

Please suggest some ways.
