What will be my In hand

For over 15 years I held customer support roles in a variety of industries. At the same time developing skills in other areas; such as being ordained as a Zen priest and receiving an Integral Coach certification. After being laid off in May, I decided to pursue my coaching business full time.
My question is, for those who have sought out coaching, which area of your life did you focus on first and why?

Hey Sharks, I've close to 11 years of experience and have cleared the technical rounds with CISCO for DevOps role. Next could be the HR round. So far they haven't asked anything about the current CTC or the expected. My current CTC is 30LPA. It would be great if someone can help me with a number I can ask for. 45 LPA sounds reasonable? I received an offer from a company. They have mentioned Rs 850000 as base pay but employer's annual contribution is just Rs 21000. Shouldn't it be 12% of basic? Is it wrong? Also in his CTC statutory bonus is mentioned, will it be given to him in his monthly salary?

Which to join??
Hi fishes, Need your help in deciding.
I've 2 offers. One from Goldman Sachs
for Analyst and other from Amazon for
SDE1. They both asked me for expected CTC.
For both I quoted 20lpa fixed and discussion is going on.
What do you think which figure should I agree on if they offer a counter. And which of the two you think is better to join considering brand value and career progression.
YoE: 6 months
CCTC: 13lpa
