1) SDE2 at Innovaccer Inc. -26lpa(Noida hybrid or remote tentatively)
2) SSE at Brillio for Ciena client-22+1lpa(remote for this project)
3) SSE at IDEMIA -19lpa (Noida)

I am looking for a good product based company with remote profile and good work-life balance. I still have 1 month of notice left. What could be the best option for me ?

Now, manager is asking me for retention of 7LPA along with 50K bonus and he is convincing me with working with cutting edge tech in DevOps.
