I think with the benefits, it might be better? I would try to see if they could go a little higher but I think it's pretty good

I'd negotiate for more. Worse they can say is 'no,' but given the massive shortage the industry is experiencing, I think you'll have the upper hand. Good luck!
Do you have benefits as well or are you a contractor?
Im not a traveler. I did apply for a regular staff position.From a quick glance of the contract they do offer the usual benefits like 401k, health insurance ,employee health allowance etc.
