Firstly asses the company and the post. If the both are good, prefer that. I'm saying this without relevance to the salaries because I'm sure nobody wants to work like a slave while earning more amount of money, so it's totally on the reviews of Glassdoor and the Ex-employees.

Thanks for the reply! From few of my colleagues I heard work life balance at coditas is good. But I am not aware about WLB at XpressBees.

Do you really want to join 15.5lpa offer instead of 21lpa...?

I've heard good things about Coditas

I've heard some really good things about working at Coditas but it would be difficult to say yes to that one if they don't increase the pay.

Hello People, 3 questions for ya'll: 1) Do we need to sign an employment bond, if we are offered an opportunity to go secondment/STA for few days/months with an onshore entity of the PwC Network? 2) Since secondment opportunity is offered to a select few, what does it mean for that individual in terms of growth, in terms of compensation and designation. 3) Can we negotiate and get a pay raise before signing an employment bond? Thanks in advance!

Kind of a quick rant. I did a quick search through some firms websites because I am thinking of switching jobs. It is definitely clear most firms still do not embrace diversity. I know diverse applicants must be just as qualified! So what is keeping attorneys of color out?? It’s so discouraging.
