I have 5 yrs post MBA experience with Deloitte Strategy and Operations (overall 8 yrs exp.) working primarily in supply chain/operations consulting. Currently a M and looking to exit to PE/VC. I’ve been in my current role for less than a year and within my first 6 months multiple managers left as well as my hiring manager and multiple developers on a team I manage. I was kind of thrown to the wolves which is fine but recently another manager was just hired in the next pay grade who is walking into a much better position.
