I have 6.8 YOE and CCTC is 16 lpa whereas I was offered 21+1.5 JB in Infosys yesterday.
Now I ain't satisfied with the offer so trying to look for better offers as I still have 3months notice.
Until what extent can I ask if I get selected in other organisations?

About a year ago I took a job closer to home (7.5miles). My previous position is about 50miles away, but I worked there for 11.5 years. I am really thinking about leaving and going back to my previous position. I absolutely HATE my job now. It gives me panic attacks thinking about it. Do y’all think it’s a good idea to take a job with more commute?

This question might anger some, but not meant to be provoking. Does anyone else feel that half the jobs in tech (scrum master, project manager, product manager, etc.) are more hindering than helpful? I feel like productivity would sky rocket if we didn’t have 10+ hours a week added of admin work/agile ceremonies/status meetings, and you just let developers and analysts do their job. Why are we spending hours learning how to estimate story points (for example) rather than improving production?

Hi Sharks, I am in a dillema. Recruiter from a company called me that I am selected for the role. After 1 hour another recruiter called me to schedule first round, from a different posting. Immediately I didn't told her that I am selected as the first recruiter didn't completely closed and mentioned that she is awaiting written form.

Is it okay to share the documents with the organisation before having hr round? They are asking for all the documents like salary slip, offer letter, degree certificate, adhaar, pan and others. They are also asking for project details that i have worked on. I am not sure if I should share that.

I got offer letter from company but in the offer letter the joining date is mentioned 2 months before my LWD.
I checked with the HR (new company) regarding the joining date, he said to try to get early release but it won't be possible as my current manager will not release me early.
How should I handle this situation?

I have got an offer of 24 LPA (12% fixed bonus paid quaterly) package from Broadridge.
Current Package : 16 LPA all fixed
YOE : 7.2 years, Tech Stack .NET Fullstack with Angular and Azure .

Should I counter for more? I still have 90 days of notice left.
Also if there are any other benifets Broadridge provides that i can discuss with HR apart from salary package.
