I have 6+ years of experience in Java and AWS and have been with the same firm since graduating. I did my BTech in CS and I am a 2016 graduate. I am currently working as a team lead in my current firm and it will take me a few years to climb the chain of management command. Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year. My main goal with this is to ensure this looks good on my CV. My thought is a Product Manager role seems more senior to a product owner. Any thoughts on this and any advice on how to approach this? I'm based in London.

1. Go for MS - which is a big investment
2. Start applying to other countries for job. But I’m not sure on which countries have opportunities since my overall experience is just 2 years.

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department.
