I was offered a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst position at a regional gas station/convenience store chain in the southeast. I personally live near Charleston, SC. The base pay was $80k and bonus was up to 10% so potential TC of $88k. Should I try to negotiate for more? If so, what’s a good way to approach without getting a bad look right from the start? No formal education and 4 years experience as a business analyst.

Since then I didn't receive any communication. The director told initially when he started the offer roll out process that there is a freeze going on and needs to get the approvals to get this done. How many days will it take to roll out the offer basically with Oracle India. Can some one please help me with info.
