I have 7 years experience, working as Lead DevOps engineer at 12.7 LPA. I have received an offer from McKinsey and Company for Engineer2 role in DevOps for 29 LPA. I feel I will step down in designation but I will get great exposure in McKinsey. Please share your suggestions, is the offer from McKinsey good to go?

I’m in the IT field, I’ve worked as a Network Admin for 4 years Tech Support Specialist for 2 years and am currently a IT Specialist (contractor) it’s been around 6 mo, could anyone tell me is there a way to figure out what I should be making (like where should I be in the pay scale) I’ve managed teams and little projects here and there but I am wondering what should be my next position that I go after and what I should be asking for my current position when they offer me something.

I've been at Capgemini for only 3 months as a Senior Consultant but I've been reached out by a recruiter from Accenture for a position that is similar what I'm currently in (SAP BRIM). I always felt that Accenture has a better grasp in the SAP industry and would actually have better opportunities for growth. I haven't really felt that Capgemini was the best move for me so far for this (outside of the money which was the primary reason why I jumped to them). Should I reach out for an interview?

I was approached by someone there more than two months ago, and it took almost 3 weeks for them to set up a first meeting, then another month to get to round two and it’s been a a few weeks now trying to get the next round scheduled. BTW, I am highly qualified for the role they reached out to me for. Was super interested, but this is a turn-off.

Holding an offer of 8lpa.
In the salary discussion round with the HR I specified 12lpa(fixed) expected. They said, it is subject to business approval, and this amount is usually not met. But I stayed adamant and asked them to mention 12 itself. Have I made a mistake? will they ghost me?
