Looking at some SVP roles for technology / controls in the Southwest region. Glassdoor indicates $185-240k as range base comp, and target of $185-205k for average base. Is that accurate?
Glassdoor also targets $40k for variable comp. average. Is that accurate?

I’m not saying to quit your job right now. But you need to start looking and revamp that resume and find management/supervisor roles. You will make more than 50k
This is strictly from a consumer's perspective so take it with a grain of salt.
Panda Express pays better but you'd be working with a slightly different demographic (re: meaner).
I strongly suggest you transition to fine dining if you have or can develop the persona and mannerisms.

I came from working at a coffee chain, and pivoted to temp agencies to get into QA in biotech. You have skills, tailor your resume to the job description. Also try applying for tech apprenticeship.

Most of the service industry is sadly that way. I’d consider transferring into restaurants/ fine dining you could double that number
I think that right now is the perfect time to negotiate. With the current job shortage your company likely needs you FAR more than you need it, regardless of being QSR.
In a very small market Domino's pay managers 50-55k starting, and I mean a town of 3500 ppl when I say small market. You can definitely do better just don't quit until you have that next job.
I think it’s always worth trying to negotiate, especially if you’re not planning on leaving immediately. You can certainly look elsewhere that will pay more and take advantage of the skills and soft skills you’ve learned, but while you’re there, you should get paid closer to what you’re worth.
Its always worth trying to negotiate. The worst they can say is no. I don't think that is an unreasonable amount to ask for.
