Hi Fishbowlers 👋🏼 I have 6 years experience in client facing roles within the music/ entertainment industry and 3 years w SaaS. Currently applying and interviewing for Creator Success Mgmt roles but I'm looking to get my foot in the door with sports (DraftKings, FanDuel , ESPN , NFL + MLB networks)
Any leads in sales would be greatly appreciated!

I am considering making the opposite switch! WLB balance is bad but work projects are exciting and travel is fun. Depends on how many clients you will have. What would you like to know?
It depends on your personality, living situation, etc. Consulting is definitely more chaotic.
Consulting is an adventure. But your wlb will be better at an internal HR for the -most- part. Obviously, some companies have terrible wlb in general.
I’m a Consultant and was a Director previously. I would say that with consulting I have more flexibility, but things can be a little crazy at times. You need to be extremely focused and scheduled and a superior multitasker. You will need to be able to jump from client to client and make it look seem less. Also, you might be working on an employee handbook one minute, and then counseling an owner on a termination, and then providing a comp analysis for another. I found that the best way to navigate this is to find out what the clients expectations and timelines are. I work for a wonderful company that is very flexible and doesn’t pile a bunch of work. So it really does depends on who you work for.
