Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

I'd rather fly spirit to Mars than get on a united flight

This is the level of petty I aspire to be 😍
American and United are both ass. I’d go delta even if it means connecting flights.
Do you live in a hub city for any airline? If so, choose that one. Anyone who says they will willingly fly a connection to stick with one airline vs flying direct with another either hasn’t been flying long or doesn’t fly often.
To each their own, but I can think of a thousand things I would rather do with my time than voluntarily spend more of it than I have to on an airplane.

This isn’t as of recent. . . it’s an ongoing issue for American.

Perhaps that’s why they gave 75K miles with the credit card. damn.
Better than switching to United would be switching to Delta. AA is a dumpster fire while UA is merely trash, but DL is actually good.
DL is good. It’s not going to be a premium carrier like SQ or QR, but overall it has a good product.
They're all really the same. Personal experience <> data.
Fwiw I haven't had any issues outside of severe weather on 22 American flights in the past six months
Data generally indicate they’re not. DL and UA both have better on time performance, and DL has more average legroom and scores higher on customer service than the other two.
It really bothers me United gives the same priority boarding to credit card holders and status earners. Really defeats the purpose. Atleast on AA cards don’t start till 5.
United gives silver members the same priority of group as United Explorer credit card holder. Wouldn’t count that as a benefit in this case

All US based carriers are garbage imo. Where are you based out of? Hubs are the only real reason to go with one vs. another, or if you like a particular card ecosystem like chase/Bilt. As another pro tip you should never use the cobrand cards for anything beyond sign up bonuses.
I’ve typically had the most luck finding cheap international awards availability on United, although delta hasn’t been bad lately either.
