I have 9yoe and I interviewed for Associate Principal and the interviews all went well. But after last round I was offered Senior Staff based on which the salary bracket also decreased by 2L. I also noticed the same with 2 other friends. They interviewed for higher position and were offered 1 lower.

Is it a tact that they pull on candidates? And is Sr. Staff good enough for my yoe? And are people offered Associate Principal at this yoe?

Anyone have any contacts in Tokyo who might be hiring? I don’t speak Japanese yet but hopefully I will catch on as my family learns together. Never worked for a big 4, but I would be interested in a mid-career entry.

Hi, I have an offer which gives me batter increment in salary I have tried my best to find out about my project and time shift but they are not responding me properly, Now my LWD is very near and I have 2nd thoughts in my mind to stay. I also have couple of offers from big MNC in waiting state. If I stay then again I have to server my 90 days notice period and may be ask to sign a bond as well.

Do you feel optimistic about the UK’s economic future?

I’m British, but left for the US in 2015 initially for a secondment but ended up staying. Dearly miss home, but with Brexit and shrinking of an already small market size, it’s unattractive from a professional stand point.

I could stomach a salary cut if I returned to the UK, but it seems like such a struggle unless you’re earning £250k+ HHI. Maybe it’s just a London thing. Maybe I’m too pessimistic.

I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart Global Tech and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. There is a ethical issue with the Nagarro interview process. Why don't Nagarro make the job interviews aligned to the same level of client interviews. Client interviews in Nagarro is tougher than job interviews. This way Nagarro is increasing the bench strength but then putting extra pressure on the candidates in to find a project. Keep the same standard of the interview for both job and client. This way both will be in a good state of mind.
