I was struggling with this too. I found a more natural and sustained released form of caffeine that helped to calm my nerves and the running list that was going on in my head. Doing a brain dump in the morning helped too to see what I really needed to get done. I also focus a lot of my gut. The gut has so much influence on the brain chemistry.

I just recently got on ADD medications, so that has helped a lot, but I started using one note to organize my projects/meeting notes. Such a life saver!

Very interested in the genetic test as well. Is it a specific ADD/ADHD test or a variety?
