I don’t think it matters if it’s an entry level position someone will train you and there are lots of CLEs on the subject. just be ready to explain why you’re interested and emphasize your eager to learn and a quick learner.
Is it entry level? Or are they willing to take laterals? Assuming you know. If so, just show you know what you’re talking about (like know a thing or two about the penumbra (you def don’t know the practice per se, but that’s ok), and demonstrate how your prior work fits in that penumbra such that hopping from the penumbra into that shadow is cake - not just that you “like” it). Harder because you’re going from lit to transxs I assume but will can find way.
WNS Global Services Can anyone please help me understand the organization hierarchy and if possible minimum years of experience & salary brackets associated with each level? SalaryBox WNS Global Services
