You should bring it up, assuming it is with the same recruiter. There is no guarantee you will get the opportunity that you are less interested in, so it is entirely sensible to keep your options open and have multiple processes. You don't necessarily need to tell the recruiter you are more interested in the other one.
If the second process is NOT with this recruiter, then clearly, don't mention it at all, and just go with the process. Having another offer will only help you with any other job process.

Does the recruiter work for you or the company? If they work for the company, simply ask the question about the other position. Let them know why you think that is a better fit for you and see what they say. If the recruiter works for you, then the recruiter works for you. Tell them they need to help you get that position because that’s the one you want. It may be helpful to understand how the recruiter is getting paid. If the pay on the job you want is higher, and the recruiter gets a percentage of first year comp, they should be motivated to help. Go for what you want - it’s all in the approach.
