How could I bolt onto a change mgmt engagement as an assistant or facilitator? Does anyone know of similar opportunities? All input is appreciated!

It was totally unplanned so now I am scared that this may hurt my career and I would be seen as not being committed to the job. This will be my second kid but we had our first while I was in law school. Most of the partners I am working with have at least two kids but also they are men.
