Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

How much should I charge a friend to watch 4 dogs at their home over Christmas weekend (2 nights)? The dogs don't have any special needs or medications. I've dog sat for other people in the past but always for free. I also have had dogs of my own for most of my life. Given rapids don’t necessarily detect omicron plus the symptoms, I’m a bit concerned. I’m WAAAY more cautious than most when it comes to covid (not doing indoor events yet, still masking).
