Short answer is no. But you may have a tax issue if you don’t have someone distribute 1099s next quarter.

I agree about the tax issue, but for employment, it could be tough if you’re going for a Finance/FinTech role. If you need a solid tax and startup Biz firm, I have a FANTASTIC one (they take advantage of every tax break, 250+ of them to be exact!). Dm me
